Department Mathematics Universitas Sanata Dharma visited us, Department of Mathematics UPH on Monday, 19 August 2013. They brought 28 students accompanied 3 lecturers. At that time, Department Mathematics UPH was relocated to UPH Library due to renovation of our faculty building.

In the beginning, Department Mathematics Universitas Sanata Dharma was taken around UPH Campus. After one hour campus tour, the students and the staff of Sanata Dharma were taken to Library as the new office of Department of Mathematics UPH. The head of department of mathematics of both universities presented a quick profile of their Mathematics Deparment. After that,  they began a discussion about possible collaboration between these Mathematics Departments which coincidentally both are from private universities. The subjects that matter were among the new mathematics curriculum, the students competition programs, and elective courses run by both departments. 

This event was then closed by took a group photo. We are very grateful to welcome the Mathematics Department of Universitas Sanata Dharma. Hope we can visit them later.
